Modern society is degenerate. Just take care of the children will you. Give them the best diet and nutrition. Stop caring about yourself so much. I see this everywhere. Modern parents giving their kids a colorful fortified oatmeal only diet with very little kolesterol and saturated animal fat along with necessary micronutrients which is needed for a childs brain to develop since an early age. My brother and his GF follow the slave diet with oatmel everyday and very little "meat" 3 times a week or so and they wonder why their 3 year old can't even make a full sentence of words. I just want to tell them the truth but i'll probably be kicked out of their house since i live here. i fucking hate my brother and his GF, they are so low iq.
