my elementary school used to have spare windows 2000 computers to use in case all the other windows 7 computers were used by other students. so I used that one and it was still able to load up new programs. and I liked the startup sound.

I've used older versions on a virtual machine before but Windows 7 is the oldest version I've used back when it was widely used. Used it on my family computer as a kid and on school computers even up to as late as 2020 because my secondary school never bothered to update them
