I've never been diagnosed with it, but I get more paranoid with time and palpate my flesh more and half-hour ago in the shower I noticed some weirdness back there like if my rectum had grown a zit or some shit but I couldn't pop it so I thought maybe it wasn't a zit.

It seems like external piles are formed by inflammation of perianal vessels (I noticed something about a month ago which might be this about an inch outside the rectum?) and internal piles are formed via internal vessels which get inflamed.
I'm thinking the larger one I just noticed could be an internal one that's beginning to prolapse but it's hard to say. It's basically formed right inside the 1st opening (external sphincter) AFAIK there aren't any deeper inside, doubt I could even reach the 2nd (internal) sphincter.
I should probably get a physical and have it looked at if it doesn't diminish but I was wondering if there were any DIY treatments I could do to maybe make it go away.
I was thinking of calling the 811 service in Canada for a free nursing consult since it's easier than going in. There's probably creams or cushions wher you can lesssen irritation so the inflammation can gradually reside but I have no clue, kind of a squick thing to look into.
