it sucks bro, I just recovered from both and the recovery part is harder than the fever and diarrhea itself.
You can't eat tasteful food, move around or just do basic tasks and hope for things to just end .
I hope you get better.

I relate, i have about 2-4 bad migraines per month, my head seems like it explodes and I can't walk because I'm so dizzy when I have it. Only a few headache-pills and then waiting about 6 hours helps.
