Looks function to CREATE PHYSICAL ATTRACTION. After mutual physical attraction is made, THEN personality comes into play. And it isn’t even as simple as that because you may pass her looks requirement, but she still may have better options
Personality serves in finding a compatible partner you enjoy being around and could raise a mentally healthy child with.
