Nofap is a placebo on the energy part, at least for your regular Joe who would fap once/twice per week. Same with the time thing.

However, admitedly it could have an effect on endorphin receptors, that would apply only for those who fap not just daily but many times a day; people who have a real problem.

Testosterone effects mood and energy for men, i'd be interested to know if all the males with chronic fatigue are daily fapaholics - i could barely get out of bed if i fapped the previous night and would take naps repedatley throughout the day and day after fapping
