No time for anything, 8-14h outside Monday-Friday (so called college), no time even for my hobbies and interests. I think for us being what most people consider underweight is normal since we don't have that bone mass for extra thickness, I get mogged by foids all the time who have thicker arms than me.

If you add flaxseed and chia seeds to your protein shakes it will slow down the digestion. They both have fibe and proetin too. Olive and flax oils are healthy, it's extra calories.
