I've been losing weight rapidly ever since i stepped foot in Africa a year ago, i went down from 75kg to 55kg i get it's considered leanmaxxing for some fags but i literature have no facial bones to pull this look. I went from possible ltn to subhuman so pls help because i can't be that skinny around these low inheb mogger niggers.

The variety and quality of food is insanely scarce, even then junk food here practically mean fried fish or potato or something natural which is filling and tastes like shit to consume in bulk. No frozen foods no burgers no hotdogs and if... It's super overpriced

Eat good natural ingredients very often , if you can get raw milk it’s litteraly the best option it contains a lot of calories and protein

im pretty sure you can buy like bulk powder that just has alot of calories on it and use a protein shake and drink that every day idk what its called tho i think if you look up bulk powder you can use it. people who work out use it to put on weight.
