In light of my significant lack of effort last year, I have decided to strive for excellence and overcome myself. I will:
  • Take a trip to Istanbul for uhh...
  • Advance from rudimentary to conversational Greek, then learn Katharevousa
  • Take advantage of my athleticism and get back into fencing
  • Return to a typical "bodybuilding" routine; exercies within the typical "hypertrophic" range and tempo, moderate intensity, and relatively high volume
  • Refund or otherwise part with unused books (many books are horded at my home)
  • Try to spend less time online, esp. avoiding engaging in any buffoonery
As we age, time may feel as though life moves faster, but there are ways to make it feel slower: live in the moment, stay active for a healthy body and mind, explore the world around you, break your routine, spend time with loved ones, etc. which I will also try to employ.

Happy New Year!

My new year resolution for 2026:
LDAR

Return to a typical "bodybuilding" routine; exercies within the typical "hypertrophic" range and tempo, moderate intensity, and relatively high volume
soy

gym is a cope

Spend the first 4 months complete inert then pick up something for 1 week to 3 months and go back to ldaring

Give hairline updates in a year, if all hope is lost I might have to resort to Turkey too.

My new years resolution is to have a healthy cardiovascular system.
Godspeed to you on that, i guess.

Sure thing. BTW, if you haven't tried it yet, using topical minoxidil alongside microneedling might be worth considering before buying your plane ticket - it helped me a bit.

I will be a jacked almost 40 yo wizardcel with a fresh hair transplant on the lookout for a young tradwife when this is all complete.

I have used minox for 6 months at one point, then stopped, no point putting poison on skin for momentary hair gains. All the baby hairs were gone within a week. Now I've grown my hair long and try to fraud my norwood 2 corners.
