(The ones I can actually pull off [unless I change my mind completely]):
1. No gaming.
2. No nicotine.
3. Leanmaxx (clean diet, cardio, check depression and anxiety levels, sleep, etc).
4. Meditate daily.
5. Stay informed.
6. Impregnate everyone in the harem with my 20-inch trvcel BIC.

(Hard to do for me, failed many times before):
1. Nevergoonmaxx.
2. Find something to replace screen time and stick to it (I seem to just browse .is or watch gaming stuff if I don't game).
3. Stop NEETing (get into a place of study or work and don't crash out).
4. Socialize somehow, regularly, and theoretically make friends somehow.
5. Heal muh dik as much as is still possible.

I stopped setting goals for the next year.

I never even fulfilled a single one of them

Maybe add 1 thing every 3-4 weeks. You don’t want to burn and crash doing everything at once brocel, you’ll still have enough time to add them all in a few months and it will be more sustainable long term.

Makes sense, but the easier ones I can more or less prolly do all in one swoop. The harder ones will be more or less herculean to even get moving at all (the porn shit is the easiest, but that's been failed over and over).

It’s easier to add things to do than to remove stuff. So focus on adding things rather than removing.

Actually great advice, thanks. That's one of the points there, trying to occupy myself with some more stuff. No real ideas yet, though.

Best to do them first thing in the morning and get them out of the way. There’s something called habit stacking, so once you do the first thing in the morning, do the next habit right after. Slowly build up your habits this way.

Good luck, not drinking should definitely be possible if you're smart about it. Don't stop looking up new ways to try quitting and find what works for you.
