be careful, you must eat less, but eat good, or you will end up skinny with no muscles
 
1000 calories a day for a couple of months.
 
Work out in the morning, and then don't eat until about 2pm.

That's basically all you have to do. Cause then for like 6 hours you're doing intermittent fasting and cause you just exercised your body is forced to burn fat until you start eating again. You could do more than that if you want, like eating low carb, no alcohol etc.
