Just have a good diet go to long runs and do body weight training or buy equipment and set it up in your homes no need for that bullshit gym membership.

Gym is for retarded normies who go there to discuss about goymedia and politics .

Always stay away from those places where there is huge normie infiltration.

I also don't care to workout in any way at all, i don't care for diet either. I'm not trying to do anything that prolongs my life at this point its all about pleasure and dying faster

I eat healthy food and go outside to walk every day that’s how I lost weight.
 
I have a kattlebell 52lb ones (24KG) i bought the biggest one, thinking i would be able to handle it. turns out i couldn't. I can move it around but for exercises its too heavy for me. also paid for an expensive jumping rope. That made me realize i'm not cut for jumping. I don't have anywhere to jump either inside my house if i jump rope the rope hits the ceiling or the lamp. it gets too hot and sweat dribbles in my eyes. i either jump too short or too high.

Going outside is not an option either i look like a dork jumping, my gut keeps jumping up and down and its not comfortable. I also don't wanna go outside to not be seen or mocked by my neighbors and people that walk on the road. The best activity for me is cycling that i don't have to be standing on my feet. but it has been 24 days now since the last time i went outside cycling.

need to start doing this, I hate going to the gym and seeing normies
 
Chadpreets and stacyjeetas at gym scare me, all i do is 10km walk, dumbbells and bodywt training, thats how i lost 55kgs, with good diet ofc
