I tried going to the gym everyday, eating protein filled meals only, starving, fasting, cardio, sports, increasing my water intake, no meat, no fish, NOTHING EVER WORKS.
Please guys, I want to improve myself so bad but I need to start with my body first, how can I lose 15 pounds? Im willing to do extreme diets please just give me advice.
