My uncle died a bit ago and he loved playing Persona and other JRPG's. I wanna get a PS Vita so I can get Persona 4 Golden and play it on the Vita (I know it's on steam and stuff)

Where can I find consoles cheap?? I got $100 and I'm fifteen with no friends or anything. So any suggestions?

I'm so pissed and I don't know if I can get over my family for doing this, but they lost pretty much all of his Vita games and handled his vita so crappily that it wouldn't even charge. I changed the Vita battery and everything. So I have to start from scratch. But I'll look on Ebay if I can find a relatively vita.
