Brutal My sleep is so fucked that I went to bed around 4:30 P.M. and woke up at 10:30 P.M. then got up for the day at 12:30 A.M. How tf does it get this bad?

I’m usually a night owl and somehow things got so screwed up that now I’m an even earlier person than early risers for a few days. Inceldom truly destroys your ability to sleep properly and ruins any schedule
 
i went to sleep at 7am and wake up at 4pm :lul:

Can relate, literally has been same as you for me during these last 3 days, except that I often go to sleep at around 5 a.m.
 
Depression + Anxiety + Loneliness (Endless physical and mental pain) = bad sleep and insomnia
 
try to deprive sleep at least until 17:00-19:00, then go to sleep, you should wake up around 04:00, then with each day you will get back to normal
 
I dress myself in darkest night to heal the days of Sorrow.
 
Try melatonin before you want to sleep.

Brutal. My usual sleep schedule is like 5-7 am to 1-3 pm. This today and the last 2 days is just so crazy tho

It gets like that man. Bad sleep really screws everything else up. Yesterday I stayed up until 5 A.M. studying for an exam and then slept till 8 A.M. before leaving.

I don’t sleep more than 4-5 hours at a time man. My body makes it impossible to sleep straight through and it’s so hard to fall asleep the second time.

One time, I was awake for 36 hours straight, and when I finally went to sleep, my body still woke me up after 5.5 hours, and I had to fall asleep again

It's okay man. It was my fault, I wasted too much time and was forced to do this. Time and time again I'm reminded that sleep is one of the most important parts of the day. A bad night's sleep fucks up the next day.

Have you gone to a sleep clinic? They might be able to help you.

Holy relatable. I stayed up till 4am the other night, then I have little to no energy for practically the entire day. I guess my brain just chases dopamine late at night and doesn’t know how to relax.

You need vitamin A+D and it's so damn hard to get natural dose during winter.

Never went to a sleep clinic. But there is a high chance I have sleep apnea because of my high hemoglobin that indicates chronic hypoxia.

I'm like this too this time of year. The combination of daylight savings, and it being the shortest day of the year really fucks up my sleep schedule.

I have ultra dry mouth after sleeping and sometimes i feel like i had panic attack (due lack of oxygen). Clogged nose = truecel trait. It will kill me at some point what a nasty way to die.

I have nasal valve issues, and I use breathe right extra strength tan strips to hold my nose open during sleep. Sleep was truly impossible when I could only mouth breathe, but at least now I can breathe through the nose for sleeping which is a massive improvement
