Hypocrisy My psychiatrist recommended theory of mind training to me

Their working diagnosis is now that I have an autism spectrum disorder. I assured them I have social phobia. I told them I used comedy series like always sunny when I was 16 to overcome social anxiety, and now my psych (who is the same age as me btw) interprets that as me learning how social interaction works.

Also because of psychosis they have given me this as a working diagnosis, so nothing proven. He offered theory of mind training and official diagnostic tests. Maybe I will just do it for fun to show I don't score high on it. I am curious to show how the training works but I suspect that their state-of-the-art is hopeless, just like their schema therapy and CBT.

Autism is in large part a myth, it is often operationalised as paying more attention to detail, by that reasoning most women are slightly autistic jfl. But inventing a disorder like that offers great market opportunity for psychiatrists who can only learn stuff about pills, but are too stupid for programming or more complex work. Now they have yet another course to teach to inflate their own egos and make more cash. I have seen their little culture for almost 5 years now, they are just goofing around and behind your back they make fun of you while invocing every little meaningless interaction with the insurance, because god forbid they would do anything for free, that would bruise their egos beyond repair (normie pill)

I went from pen to risp for psychosis but I try not to take it. I think there are not autism pills but I'm probably wrong because their antipsychotics will probably be somewhat effective for autisms according to some study noone cares about

True but the AQ for instance is operationalised by: communication, social, imagination, local details, attention and switching. Because I am ostracized I will score low on social, and as a CS master I will score high on imagination and local details, as would most academics and researchers amd maybe artists. But these aren't indicators of autism.

Thanks! Yeah I was admitted for 5 months after I made contact with a lot of female neighbors and some said that something was wrong with me. I had a burn out and heard a bit of voices, and I felt lonely so I tried making contact with my neighbors, but it didn't really have a positive effect.

As for money, in the netherlands psychiatric care is free, but in my case it's even compulsory because I keep losing court battles with them

They kinda r tho, all those fields r rife with autists. Imo it's a chicken & egg thing ur a CS master cuz of autistic personality traits not the other way around
