I am loosing my mind over the couple few months, i can't go out without getting extremely upset i see these foids on the streets and i feel like they will insult me , i have frequent nightmare with sweats i kept hearing things at night and days that isn't there . I am started to get scared at my mom too , genuinely what is going on with my mind
