My Phased Exercise Program

I run and I do strength exercises too.

For strength, I do:
Pushups
Rows
Squats
Lunges
Calf raises
Military presses
Curls
Tricep extentions
Deadlifts
Deadlifts with overhead press

I do these exercises every day until I can no longer continue.
Which is usually 4 days in a row, for me.

Then, I take a break from strength training and I just run.

I will run every day until my muscles are ready for more strength training.
Usually about 5 days.

I know this is kind of a weird way to exercise.

But, it has worked well for me.

I am not a personal trainer.
I am just sharing what I do.
