I’ve been working on gaining muscle this past year and have gotten pretty good results in some aspects. My arms are a lot more will define, my shoulders are broad and more pronounced, and I generally do feel strong stronger and maxed out the bicep crow machine and tricep pushed down machine at my gym and I’m somewhat close to maxing out the preacher coat machine. All those machines max weight is 210 pounds just for reference. However, I have small wrist and they don’t go with my big body. I’ve said this before of the post but I’m 6’2 and I’m walking it around a little bit above 270. I used to wear a lot more but I trim down and got a lot more lean. I’ve been feeling good about that and felt happy about my progress, but these past two days made me rethink everything. I arm wrestled two guys at my job. One guy was 195 pounds and 5’6.The other guy was five 11 1/2 and 240. The shorter guy was a somewhat of a steel mate where I couldn’t finish him, but at bare minimum I was able to overpower him enough to wear. He was on the edge of going down. The 240 guy was a fucking problem. He was clearly going easy on me and I was fighting not to go down. I was so focused on that that I didn’t even hear my risk of POP. He stops and at first I didn’t feel anything but then I was in pain for a good 20 minutes. So excited now and I didn’t break anything but fuck I was so embarrassed. To be fair though this Knigge stated before that he lifts a lot and casually bicep curls 35 pound weights for warm-ups. I called bullshit on that because he looked like a fat balding 40-year-old man even though the guy is actually 21 years old. I guess he really does have some old man strength. But one thing I didn’t notice is that my wrist compared to them was super skinny. I could easily close my whole hand on my wrist and still have a lot of empty space. I’ve been doing some training for it before, but I haven’t been consistent. If any of you guys have any recommendations for restraining that way, I can have arm wrestling stream and punk somebody without shattering my whole hand I’m more than open to it.

Ever heard of wrist curls and also reverse wrist culrs?

You must do those or your wrists will be to weak for heavy weights and you might risk an injury.

Same happens to me, my wrists are still thin even months after lifting.

I do wrist curls and even the hand in rice trick boxers do. I need more exercise advice.

Frame matters more than muscle mass

Very brutal. I've heard that wrist size, although correlated to height, is determined by the bones underneath and can't really be improved

I'm wristcel too it's aids

Doesn’t matter, lifting is cope.

Tallfagging was completely unnecessary but wrist size is determined by the width and placement of ulna and radius not muscle development. If you try to fix with muscles you'll get Popeye arms.

big wrists is fakecel trait

I feel like a dalek.
