Best way to handle this is one of two things.

1. Tell her you have it all under control and dont need any advice

2. Tell her you would like her to set you up with somebody. You just cant find the right person. And let her see for herself

My advice i have done to my mother who was like that. Scream at her that you are too ugly for finding a girl and if she wants it so badly she should hire some hooker or escort. At least that shut up my mother about that topic, she never mentioned it again.
