As I wrote in another thread, I have had low test, probably still do, but since moving into a better apartment, getting more monies and eating better, my libido has picked up again. I really want to sex the foid again. I like it, but how am I supposed to do anything about it? I am still sick and fat. However, I will proceed with my plan to ascend

I want to share my conclusion with you:

• Having no money is being cucked
• Work on having more money, you will feel better
• Eat stuff like healthy fats salmon, avocado, organic vegetable smoothies etc, basically eat what the young instagram foids eat to get dat ass. That stuff is good for you incels.

I work out quite a bit, only cardio though, cause I have neck and shoulder injury. I wish I could lift, it was help me with my weight loss. It is so difficult to lose weight from cardio alone.

A jump rope is effective to weight loss. Low impact.
Consider it if you can do it.

I would do anything to have no libido. It's torture to have it as an incel. It's not like I need it anyway, I don't want to ever have kids.
