I never had that happen to me before, but right now i just feel so much hatred and anger that my head feels like it's gonna explode. I haven't been this angry since at least june.

I can't take this rage out though. If i do anything, even as much as yelling, I will have people threatening to call the cops on me again and threatening me. I guess i will bottle up this rage inside of me like always instead.

That's what everybody wants from me, to be just a meek beta who doesn't even dare to express his anger.
