My hair started to leave my head now that ascension is not a possibility. Now I've truly lost everything, poor health, weak bones, no jaw, manlet and soon I'll go bald due to my sub5 genes

How fast is it progressing? It might be your mature hairline if it doesn't move mang. I'd suggest pulling your hair back time to time to check if you're balding.

i was losing it in highschool, got the androgenic alopecia diagnosis even, but managed to control it with intermittent fasting, at least that's what i like to believe anyway
