Gaming My friend lend me a handheld Gameboy emulator thingy

So I went to his apartment and he had these collection of Chinese knockoff nostalgiabait retro game emulation items. One of them could connect to the tv and had emulation and pre-installed games for everything from nes to PS1. I played Crash Bandicoot 3 on it, while he watched. I realised it's fun playing games in company, otherwise the game is very dated and I wouldn't have touched in on my own.

I borrowed a handheld game boy type thing from him that has nes, SNES, gb, gbc, gba, PS1, ds and a few others with hundreds of games pre installed. Currently playing Pokemon emerald on it rn

I really should consider getting one of these emulator things. I'm not into that topic at all, but being able to play old games with fairly cheap tech is incredibly nice.
