As you know, I have ADHD and Autism and my parents are Giga overprotective, condescending towards, and infantilizing of me.

Nobody in my family is neurodivergent. I think it's my parents fault for living unhealthy and drinking too much.

Sure, Neurodiversity is not strictly a genetic thing, but the chance is greater that a child will be born retarded to a couple that is already themselves retarded than one that is not.
