This is a good post and I get your meaning but the solution is clearly that men need to collectively acknowledge these things about women and then establish a society where women have their powers restrained somewhat so that they can't selfishly wreck men's lives and broader society around them through their destructive tendencies.

Society used to basically be like this where women had their choices restrained somewhat for the greater good. And no I don't say that hypocritically, men have always had our more pernicious tendencies restrained for the greater good too (violence/rape) and we still do.

In the past men understood that men and women are different, are better suited to different tasks in society, and that men need to be the leaders and honestly kind of treat women like children instead of equals. They're very good at what they used to do -- e.g. Raise kids, tend to the home. And honestly that role is way way way easier than working a soul crushing 9-5 for the man. Women also need to have their divorce rape powers curtailed and there needs to be some kind of standard where both partners are obligated to have sex with their spouse. No using sex as a weapon, no denying sex from your partner long form, etc.

The best surgeons are mostly men, the best computer scientists are mostly men, almost all engineers are men and when they DEI hire them bridges collapse, almost all the people doing the "dirty jobs" that hold society together like plumbing/construction/welding/manufacturing are men.
