Unlikely. Many of them don't have citizenship - they are either on visas or asylum certificates there. You can't draft people who are not your citizen.

No one is going to draft a bunch of unintelligent, disaffected men with questionable loyalties. Sharia law is far more likely to be implemented. In fact, it probably already is in effect at a local level in Muslim majority areas.
The military gives you food and water, you need food and water to live, unless you're suicidal and are actively trying to starve to death (which is a valid course of action for some people, such as the Quadriplegic in my profile picture), then you should join the military.
