Trust me guys, I know how it feels to be angry.
I've taken my anger out on everything in my home in the form of verbal aggression.
I would glare at foids sitting infront of me, the root of my problems, (I'm not going to finish this part)
However I do not think being this angry is healthy for my brain because I don't want to get a brain tumour and die.
I have started my cope of inner peace, by calming myself with protein powders which include ingredients of calming your mental state and improving your intelligence and concentration.
here is advice for some who struggle with alot of anger.
Take protein powders that have the following ingredients.
Creatine: Better recovery and strength.
L-theanine: is an amino acid primarily found in green and black tea, as well as some mushrooms. It is known for its potential benefits, which include reducing anxiety, improving sleep quality, and enhancing mental focus.
L-citruline: Increased bloodflow which may help those who have erectile dysfunction (Take notes icecat)
L-Tyrosine: May help to alleviate cognitive decline during stress, with better alertness.
