I am not as much of a sad person, rather I live in constant almost furious anger, I cope with music but it just allows me to express my anger safely, not to stop the feeling, also humor and sarcasm help as they turn cortisol into dopamine temporarily.

What are your methods of coping with anger? How do I manage anger? I don’t mean meditation or therapy or anything like that just immediate easy copes because my anger is valid and not wrong

Always think of people who suffer worse and be grateful in high cortisol spike

I can't leave the house without earbuds. It started all the way back in 2024 when I heard women on the train talk about height in men (I'm short), and also had an humiliating display of ability at the pool (I tried to learn how to swim back then, but couldn't do the 50m).

There is another thing I use, although unlike the earbuds, I have to be careful not to overdo it - I carry a small bottle of CBD oil, and a single drop from it, placed below the tongue, helps curb panic and anxiety attacks. Then again, I'm able to predict these episodes due to experience by reading sensations in my body. If I consume too much, I become zombie like and open to attack/theft, and if I do it adjacently to caffeine-based drinks, I trip out really fucking badly, because the body doesn't know whether it wants to relax or be more alert.

I really don’t lol, it’s like being on fire mentally 24/7.
 
But I guess ASMR and food helps to a degree so I can’t undermine that.
 
Anytime I feel anger, I either walk.
Isolate myself (I prefer to be on my own).
Or swim.

I typically tend to read about harms of feminism as I don’t want to live detached from political reality, but the anger is the cost

I do but it doesn’t affect me emotionally, rather it’s just like watching martial arts but extra juice

CBD oil is legal in my country so I might try it (even THC version in small amount), never tried it tho

Yeah true but it burns one from the inside as there is not really a thing we can do, I mean, look it’s not that you can just use the anger to do some construction work etc because it’s irritability and “nah I won’t work”
