It's a fairly simplistic song and yet soul-draining to listen considering our fate as subhuman incels.
God-tier taste. Hiroyuki Sawano's heart-stopping and iconic orchestration will never fail to light a fire in what little humanity i still have left. The soundtrack to Attack on Titan features a constant seesaw between crushing despair and the indomitable human spirit, and Call Your Name is one of those songs that, in my opinion, perfectly captures this duality of the human condition, particularly in the face of adversity.

Hey, you
Out there in the cold
Getting lonely, getting old
Can you feel me?
Hey, you
Standing in the aisles
With itchy feet and fading smiles
Can you feel me?
Hey, you
Don't help them to bury the light
Don't give in without a fight...

A brilliant and equally stylish ode to the (dying) spirit of Japan that combines modern rock and traditional Japanese instruments to phenomenal results, Senbonzakura is about that rebellion of young army and navy officers against the imperial Japanese government on Feb 26, 1936... 19 were beheaded. That's why "guillotine" was mentioned, and in Japanese, the falling of sakura implies the death of soldiers... This is indeed not an "I heckin' love Japan!" song... Also laments the inevitable westernization and the loss of Japanese culture over time, effectively erasing it. :f:

Also, the flutecel is the main character.

This song sounds like a party in my wildest dreams. Incredible and invigorating production. While Virtual Riot is primarily known for his dubstep efforts, the German producer takes a future bass framework here and seamlessly weaves in elements of bass house, vocal pop, and dubstep throughout, while still being resolutely future bass. Complete with an obscure horn every now and then to throw you off, Virtual Riot retains key elements to keep listeners engaged while at the same time showcasing his desire to experiment.

Full and dynamic from start to finish, Virtual Riot does an excellent job of keeping the energy high with a more driving drum beat than what is typically heard in the genre, but manages to keeps things consistently interesting with syncopated bass stabs, snappy percussion, and crispy sound design, all while Madi belts out instant-earworm top lines. The vocalist couldn't of been any more perfect for this song. Seriously, I'm scratching my head and wondering why this wasn't on the billboard charts.

This song makes me want to go become an undercover detective and clean up the streets of a crime-filled metropolis while smoking a cigarette and having a narrative monologue play in the background.

A slinking and soulful stunner from Hiroshi Suzuki’s Cat, a five-track jazz fusion album released in 1975 under Columbia japan. Romance is the pick of the bunch, free real-estate for producers—who have sampled this particular song manifold—rocking between mid-tempo grooves and mellow, etherial tones, scintillating electric piano work cascading throughout a la Hancock / Moulin, soprano saxophone gliding throughout the top end of the track and the incorporation of an electric bass in this instance tipping the scales more towards the Fusion side of Jazz.

Suzuki’s impact on jazz is captured in many forms, but none are more telling than Nippon Columbia rereleasing Romance as part of an effort to unearth some of the label’s “hidden gems” to a wider audience, with it ending up being critically acclaimed decades after obscurity. But let YouTube recommendations tell it, and Suzuki was anything but. Far from a cookie cutter fusion record, Suzuki and his five piece band crafted a song ready made to be deconstructed, chopped and looped into a variety of arrangements.

The notable differences of Romance from the rest of Cat’s tracklist — lacking swelling crescendos or crashing cymbals to counter Suzuki’s soulful trombone melodies — lends the track to finding a new home outside the purview of Japanese jazz some forty years after its initial release, with countless artists sampling the tune. What really lends Romance to its development as a sample, however, is its cool, 76 BPM tempo. Suzuki’s five-piece doesn’t rush anywhere on the track, leaving producers the ability to retool the song without having to taper down its tempo to fit lo-fi norms. Suzuki and his band masterfully layer the track such that 40 years after its release, the instrumentation blends seamlessly with new age vocals. Regardless of how it’s repurposed, the magic of Romance is its identifiability.

Both of these tracks are primarily held by Don Toliver, who I think manages to come through with actually good songs here with the help of Metro Boomin's Midas touch. There are a lot of slick vocal licks crooning across the very reverb-soaked Too Many Nights, but really, what makes this song, and almost everything else with his name attached to it, is Metro Boomin's dark and influential trap production.

His utilization of electro-pop elements, keyboards, drums and overall techno rhythms, not typically seen on a mainstream rap album, defines the atmosphere and sets HEROES & VILLAINS apart from any other Metro offering. With nocturnal, groovy rhythms soundtracking the song, along with a cascade of synthwork that feels straight out of the 80s, Too Many Nights is very neon lights, Miami nights, and humidity that you could cut with a knife. There's a similar mix of vibes coming off Around Me—the other Don Toliver track on the record—albeit perhaps not as potent.

I vaguely remember the first episode and deciding that the series wasn't worth watching. It's all a delusion, right? The famous actress dressed as a lewd bunny girl in public spaces and allegedly only the protagonist can recognize her.

Well, that's the ideal but reality is the whole of our being.
gay. you want a man to take you by the hand while you could be trying to make up your own philosophers, without ideals you will be inert

The series you're thinking of is Bunny girl Senpai, and it is, as you correctly assumed, garbage. @shii410 wrote a thread about it back when he first joined very accurately telling just one of the few reasons why it's cringe and miserably terrible. Despite the similarities, comparing it to BokuYaba would be an insult.

I could make them up later. I must become the beast of burden first.
