Yeah, because you accelerate the deteriorating rate of your body by doing absolutely nothing and eating garbage like dew/doritos and never absorbing sunlight.

It's equivalent to an old man who worked for 50 yrs with no health problems and then dies by the 3rd year of his retirement.
