One habit that I'm sure most of us have is looking in the mirror every day. Before leaving the house. This seems like a harmless habit but it's causing insecurity within you. And mirrors train you to look at yourself from a third person perspective. Through other people's eyes. That's not healthy. I'm gonna avoid looking into mirrors for a week and see what happens.

I think Im beautiful when I look in the mirror

Only when I see myself in pictures or videos do I realize that Im ugly

the worst part about getting a haricut is being forced to sit in fron of a mirror for 10-20 minutes. I try my best to look down and avoid eye contact with myself :feelscry:

I only look in a mirror to brush my teeth.

Mirrors actually deceive me. I think I look better in the mirror than I do in reality for some reason..

Not a problem with me. I look good (okay maybe not good but acceptable) when I check in the mirror. Also the lighting at my barber is pretty good which helps. Only when I'm home and try to take a nice picture, is when I realize that I'm still ugly

Jokes on mirrors because I don't wear glasses indoors, so I can't see myself properly in the mirror; I just look like a blur with smooth skin.
Just blindmaxx br0

You're right, I need to start removing mirrors in my room.

i never look at mirrors
same, i avoid ANYTHING that could show my reflection

are you me? i just had to cut my hair and i literally felt so autistic looking down or away from the mirror, so far as even closing my eyes

When I walk around the streets I watch myself on every reflective surface I can under varied lightning, to assess my levels of bloating that day.

A mirror highlights all my imperfections.

I always avoid mirrors. When I see myself in the mirror, I get sad and angry :cryfeels:
