Tres Genco was indicted on one count of an attempted hate crime involving an attempt to kill and one count of possession of a machine gun. The maximum sentence is life imprisonment and ten years' imprisonment respectively.

Federal district court in Cincinnati held a hearing re: motions to suppress yesterday, it looks like pretrial proceedings will stretch on well into 2022.
