I'll keep this short. In the interests of transparency, I have decided to let the forum know of this development.
If you've been around here for more than a year, you may have heard of Tres Genco (pictured here), an alleged incel from Ohio who allegedly planned a mass shooting. My previous thread on this case is here:

Last week, a plea agreement in the case was uploaded to the docket. Unfortunately, the plea agreement was sealed—which is strange, considering that (1) virtually all filings in this case prior to the plea agreement were publicly available; (2) the First Amendment generally protects the public's right of access to judicial documents.
So I and a person I know have written a letter asking that the presiding judge unseal the plea agreement, or at the least, provide reasons behind the sealing.
That is all. I will keep the forum updated.
