Might Get to be a Drone Operator for the Ukrainian Military

I'm talking to Ukrainian recruiter/referral who's currently serving in the Ukrainian military. He's saying I can be a drone pilot under a one-year contract, I'd be paid $3000 USD a month which is an insanely high wage in my country, translates into $4k units of my local currency. The lethality rate for drone operators is very low, I've used A.I to examine my situation, given my attributes, the probability I'll return without any injuries within one year is between 75%-80%. The probability of minor injuries is 15-20%, and the probability of dying or facing extreme injury is only 5%.

I'm still worried some bureaucratic bullshit is going to get in the way but this may be the path to ascension. I'd be a registered badass if I actually do this.

How contracts work in the US military is they can't change your job unless you fail the schooling for the job multiple times. I don't know how it is in the Ukrainian military. Hopefully they don't fuck you over and throw you onto tanks or infantry or something.

1) I can’t be sure, and I don’t care. This is my last option before going homeless. Even minimum wage jobs demand experience and aren’t even enough to cover rent

2) I told the recruiter I used drone toys which is true

3) because drones are cheap as fuck, they spit them out like nothing. They are more than happy to take a westerner to be a few miles from the combat zone, manning drones, even if he crashes a few. The real risk is of the man power. Drone operating is a dangerous job because you’re targeted by Russian drones

If you are healthy you can always work slave jobs like cleaning toilets, construction or cashier to survive.
