Plus you don't need to Chadlite, people you rate as chadlites are usually HTNs with niche appeal.

I would only do surgeries that would improve functionality, but never just for looks, tbh.

I have already had multiple surgeries in my life.

I think it was eight at this point.

Every surgery is a risk you take. Bad and very bad things can happen.

So, you may be ugly now, but after one you might remain ugly and with chronic pain or other shit, like numbness.
