Surgery:
1st rhino i did along with my cantoplasties along with chin filler. My rhino ended up botched, chin filler didn't really help with my recessed chin.
2nd rhino, improvement but it was still so wide.
Also did my genio at this point. Most of the surgeries are painless but genio was probably the most painful (but so worth it,despite not touching my mandibular, the genio made my originally roundish square face more of a rounded oval). Completely changed my side profile, got rid of jowling and my double chin.
My final work done on my nose was alarplasty which brought my post 2nd rhino nose width from 39 mn to about 33-34mm. Also had lipfillers which fixed my lip asymmetry and gave me the appearance of a short philtrum.
