I disagree, I think inherent differences exist between races, and also races descend from different ancestral groups
maybe small differences, but i don't think some races/ethnicities are low iq, because there are some of them who are pretty smart, mainly those who grow up in the west

No. Your intelligence is influenced by both genetics and the environment. Race does not determine your IQ. If Race did determine IQ then IQs would be the same throughout the years. We can see that IQs have been rising due to living conditions improving. IQ can change, it's not a fixed trait.
