What do you guys do to lessen the negative effects of lonely feelings, or longing for a partner?
I use concentration to imagine myself in a sort of mental retreat, sometimes I place a girl there, other times I'm alone. It's a clearing surrounded by forest, mostly covered in tall grass. Usually I do this to make myself feel better when I'm feeling particularly depressed, as a sort of mood regulation, or when I go to sleep. Obviously this has similarities to the waifu cope, but I'm curious to know if anybody here does something similar.
