- Extremely good TDEE (despite not even being that active)
- Extremely good nutrient partitioning (most of the calories they consume either get stored as muscle or used up as energy, very little partitioned to fat mass) despite having TERRIBLE macro-nutrient intake.
- Extremely good results from lifting weights (despite doing by far the most least optimal routines)
