He doesn’t listen to what you are trying to say, spends lots of time canoodling with high esteemed people instead of doing his roles. Communication is one way.
Tries to be your “friend”.
I think have boss that doesn’t give a shit and leaves you alone, is better than a fake nice jackass one.
