1. filter out trash. make sure there are no letters or prescription bottles with your name or address on it
2. put full trash bag into a hiking bag
3. go into woods
4. dump all trash into woods or stream
5. never go back

you can do this every time you take out trash. to prevent smelly backpack just have a "recycling" bin that only takes clean plastic. no need to go far just make sure no one sees you.
