After years of experimenting I'm at a point where I know which lengths to cut and comb my heavy stubble in such a way that my jaw looks substantially better than when I'm clean shaven.

And to clarify - I mean genuinely frauding a jaw with facial hair, NOT HIDING your jaw with facial hair.

My facial hair is not anywhere near thick enough to pull this off, probably never will be. Still do have a "beard" just to hide my own face as much as possible when encountering reflective surfaces though JFL.
