• cut off sugar. Worthless calories. It feels like shit eating so much sugar. I'm never satisfied by it. I need to cut it off and eat more meat and cheese.
• less rage scrolling. I'm going to avoid looking at social media that makes me angry. It's always so hard to calm down when I'm angry. It's not healthy to be this angry without release.
