Someone suggested on here to add lateral raises to my routine. They are a good exercise, I feel a lot of muscle groups exercised after doing them.

What other exercises does everyone like doing?

no gym for ur face

Shoulders

do neck curls, face pulls, tibialis raises, shit for rotator cuff, and obviously any body parts you skip bc tiktok comments said so

Lateral raises are a waste of time. They're useful, if you're on a very light week as an accessory exercise, or if you're recovering from an injury. Otherwise, no. Just do presses and pulls on all planes (vertical, horizontal, and diagonal). Your shoulders will be much stronger that way.

:feelsYall: just do every muscle group no matter how autistic theory
actually I have been having a lot of aching in my anterior leg recently and haven't known what to do about it :worryfeels: that might actually be a great exercise for me lol

Ic :worryfeels: I'll try that too. Maybe will spend a month having those in my routine.

i don't have to power and motivation to to exercises at home

If you’re interested in some basic body weight exercises, when I first started and couldn’t do a single push-up, I started with holding the pushup pose at the top for as long as I could, then did pushups (a pushup at first) on elevated surfaces before the floor. I got up to like 10 pushups that way, this was a few years ago though and I’m building back up. But I began to see my veins in my forearm and it was very satisfying

Imma try those, thanks i really am still a noob at gym stuff and this helps

is there anything that can make your wrists look bigger?

I don’t think so :feelsbadman: But I hear that having small wrists can help for forearm muscles to show more. And I guess with a bulkier forearm one can wear a watch further towards the elbow so it’s not dangling around :feelsbadman:
