The terms of the alimony as stated there are pretty unfair to her, but its pretty much guaranteed this is her interpretation of them and not what was actually written - the reason I think this is because a bad or unreasonable alimony is weaker when considered by a judge. One of the considerations is whether a prenup is too lopsided - in this case it very clearly is, meaning the man would risk a judge overturning it and awarding the wife a generous settlement from his estate.
