This is somewhat hard to clarify, since we only have busts, statutes, and paintings of him as well as facial-reconstructions using modern tech:

Based on this, I'd say he's a mix of Dinarid:

Yeah 100%, both are also found in Italy very commonly nowadays which I see in some of my relatives, Hitler even said Mussolini was a "prime example" of our Alpine race
