Is there any explanation how these sorcerers on why their CT is this and that? How is CT even made innately? I've heard CT can just be formed if they just pour CE into it. If same people can have the same CTs, are CTs just a huge arsenal of abilities picked randomly? Who made these techniques? Are they crafted way back heian? From bloodline?

I'll try to help.

There are different kinds of CT's.
-Innate Techniques (Sorceres are born with these and are unique to them alone)
e.g: Copy, Boogie Woogie
-Inherited Techniques (Sorceres are also born with these but they stem from their Bloodline(s) and aren't unique to them alone)
e.g: Ten Shadows Technique, Limitless, Cursed Speech
-Non-Innate Techniques (CT's that anybody with CE could theoretically learn)
e.g: Barrier Techniques, Domain Expansion, Anti-Domain Techniques
