Jonathan starts the show an Incel FA. Not a single friend, gets bullied by the jocks, virgin. He has a crush on the jocks girlfriend (Nancy), but she doesn't share the feelings, however eventually Jonathan gains confidence in S1 and beats the shit out of the jock when he is defending Nancy.
He doesn't ascend until season 2 however, he starts to become a more pivotal character, other people rely on him more. He is still a loner, but he fucks Nancy and fights off Demogorgons like a fucking boss. Be like Jonathan
