I have integrity, I would never fabricate evidence. However I suspect that you have edited the wikipedia article to try to prove your point, which is a lowdown dirty trick that I don't appreciate.
Here is the listing from official IOC sources ranking the winner of the whole event by International standard:
"Konrad Frey GER 14 points
Jesse Owens USA 12 points"
This is just one of many documents I can bring to the fore to prove that it was in fact Konrad Frey that was the official winner of the whole event as declared by the International Olympic Committee.

However, the IOC used a mixed rating system in 1936, this gave Jesse Owens a 3rd place finish in the Winner of the Whole event ceremony, where he placed on the podium behind Konrad Frey and Alfred Schwarzmann of Germany

That's not the exact same image, bozo. That's a totally different one where Jesse Owens won a gold medal, that's not the WINNER OF THE WHOLE EVENT ceremony, where Jesse Owens only placed in 3rd because the IOC used a mixed rating system. You must be blind in addition to plumb stupid!
